Immerse yourself in a joyous, soulful and transformational teacher training guided by Faith Hunter, E-RYT 500. Faith, and a team of experienced and inspirational instructors, will offer an opportunity for you to dance on a sea of self-discovery, learn how to embrace your yoga practice, your life and become a positive changemaker in your community.

This transformational experience will offer you the skills you need to become an inspiring yoga teacher as well as community organizing and social advocacy skills you need to become a catalyst for positive change in the world.
Faith and guest instructors will guide you through yoga philosophy, mantras and chanting, vinyasa flow, and uncovering the art of sequencing; merged creatively with pranayama, kriya, journaling, and meditation. Lizandra will expertly integrate community organizing and social advocacy training and activities into each of the yoga teacher training learning modules.

In a supportive and compassionate environment, you will learn to embrace your divine self, teach authentically, and share your inner beauty with the world through yoga and social advocacy. From Day 1, you will begin teaching each other, finding your own voice, and crafting your own personal teaching style based on your heart and path through the practice. By the second weekend, you will begin the process of discovering your personal passion for positive change and begin planning a community impact project.

Curriculum Includes: Asana, Pranayama, Art of Embrace Flow Sequencing, Kriyas, Yoga Philosophy, Intro to Sanskrit for Yoga Teachers, Mantras, Principles of Alignment, Anatomy, Hands On Assists, Practice Teaching, Chakras, Meditation, Prenatal/Postnatal, Yoga Nidra, Basics of Ayurveda, Restorative, Journaling, and the Business of Yoga.
