Back to Basics with JT Roy
This beginner yoga series provides a safe space for new students to learn yoga basics and breathing techniques and a chance for advanced students to go back to basics and re-master the foundations for their practice. Each week has a new focus and is thoroughly instructive. Students are encouraged to use props and adjustments will be made by the instructor.
